Today the WA Govt is NOT passing on the rate reduction by the RBA OF 0.50 ONLY 0.37 . Is another example of the Barnet Govt ever increasing take on those in the community who can least afford it Keystart home loans were designed to help those on low to middle incomes afford to purchase there own homes, the reason, it averaged out the big 4 banks reductions then applied there own . the state govt is not a bank and the long held applications of The RBA RATE is gone again another rise which slipped through without saying anything hopeing no one would notice, how many billions of dollars will this put into the coffers of the State Govt we the public are the shareholders the govt is not a private Company and whats next ????
